Internal Disc Series are SAE-J2825 sound compliant. They feature a rebuildable core and packing to help minimize your maintenance. Internal Disc Series are compatible with 5 End Cap options.
Internal Disc Series Slip-Ons are available for ’85 – ’13 Baggers, 2010 Road Glide / Street Glide ,’13 and earlier model Tri Glides, ’97 – ’07 Softails and ’99 – ’11 Dynas. Select models include Fishtail, Tapered or Turndown End Caps. Twenty-four, 3” discs are also included. Internal Disc Series Slip-Ons are compatible with our
True Duals and our Crossover Conversion.
Internal Disc Series 2:1 Systems are available for ’86 – ’11 Softails and include a Fishtail End Cap. Heat shields are included. Eighteen, 3” discs are also included.
Internal Disc Series 2:2 Crossover Systems are available for ’86 – ’06 Softails and include a Fishtail End Cap. Heat shields are included. Twenty-four, 3” discs are also included.
Internal Disc Series 2:2 Staggered Dual Systems are available for ’86 – ’02 Softails. Tapered Slash End Caps are included. Heat shields are not included with this system. Thirty-six, 3” discs are included with these systems.
Add 3" discs to increase horsepower, exhaust tone and flow.
Subtract 3" discs to reduce sound and increase low-end torque.
Note: Sound test data on '10 - '13 model specific slip-ons was achieved using the OEM CAT equipped headpipe. Use of these mufflers on headpipe with the CAT removed or True Duals will result in substantially louder results.
Optional cores are available for certain models at an additional cost.
