815-3450 Bill Werner Honda CRF450 ‘05-‘07 full system
This is a light weight, full stainless exhaust system used on stock frame Honda CRF450’s. It was designed and approved by Bill Werner, the longtime factory Harley Davidson Flat Track tuner. The head pipe steps from 1.625” to 1.75” then to 1.875 and finally 2”. This configuration of steps in the pipe along with the 2.5” diameter muffler core allows the motor to rev quickly and build power gains throughout the Hp curve. While most traditional muffler systems begin to lose horsepower at red line the SuperTrapp is designed to let the motor breath at high RPM’s. This is usually good for a few extra horsepower and can translate to straight away speed at long fast race tracks.

The SuperTrapp disc pack feature also gives the racer ability to fine tune the power curve of the motorcycle by either adding or subtracting discs. Subtracting discs or adding restriction to the flow will transfer more usable power to lower RPM’s. Shipped with race discs and an open end cap.

415-2023 Universal single cylinder dirt track megaphone
The stainless universal megaphone can be adapted to most low head pipes used in short track framer applications. The muffler includes an inlet adapter, a few spring tabs and a racing disc pack with open end cap. It uses the same concept as the XR750 race megaphone with the same core design with reversed cone to speed up exhaust gases. The muffler is equipped with a separate 30 degree inlet with a 2” i.d. that should be welded into position. This inlet allows the muffler to work with Rotax power plants or any of the other modern four stroke engines used today with a 2” head pipe. 815-70752 SuperTrapp XR750 2:2 megaphone exhaust system (dual shock)
This 2:2 stainless steel exhaust system will fit dual shock flat track racing frames. It features the Supertrapp tunable disc packs with standard discs and closed end caps for closed course competition only. Mounting hardware including the muffler bracket with hose clamps and the head pipe clamps come with the system. It was designed to provide a broad band of adjustment for both amateur and professional racers. The head pipe diameter and lengths have been designed to work well with all types of head porting techniques. Race discs with open end caps can replace standard discs for maximum exhaust gas flow.
